Password Request on Opening Quickbooks Accountants Copy

When opening quickbooks accountants copy you get a request for a password.  Redo the creation of the accountants copy file because the one you are opening is corrupted.

Uninstall Quickbooks Intuit Sync Manager

Quickbooks Intuit Sync Manager is an annoying little app that even when you don’t need it it opens and can keep you from using quickbooks for a what seems like 5 minutes.  

To get rid of Intuit Sync Manager do a combination of 2 steps:

- From Edit/Preference ->Integrated Applications, clicked on 'Company preference' tab and removed Sync Manager

- From Help/Manage Data Sync, select 'Clear Sync Settings'

Shutdown QB and restart..
